  • Present options and solutions to repair customer’s vehicles.
  • Recommend preventative maintenance on vehicles
  • Prospect and contact existing and potential customers to make them aware of manufacturer special offers and recalls
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of future repairs
  • Use dealer software to keep organized and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

  • A smile and positive attitude

  • You must enjoy talking and working with people
  • Previous customer service/sales experience
  • Familiarity with computer software/typing/windows based applications
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must be able to work in fast pace environment.
