We utilize a cutting-edge approach combining the best of medicine, rehab therapy, chiropractic, massage, nutrition, and other integrative treatment methods. Our goal is to help patients live healthier and feel better by providing pain relief and custom healthcare choices.

Duties:
  • Patient exam/evaluation- medical, orthopedic, and functional examinations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
  • Order and review tests/labs
  • Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
  • Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
  • Manage patient care- common services include allergy testing/ immunotherapy, labs, prescriptions, and DME/bracing
  • Treatments- trigger point/myotendinous injections, joint injections, Regenerative/PRP injections, initiate IVs, and supervising our diabetes program
  • Documentation and progress notes
  • Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
  • Monitor patient progress by performing progress exams and documenting any changes to provider orders based upon patient health goals.

Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • PA/NP license in AZ
  • Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, Neuro, Diabetes management or Pain management background is a plus (we will train in any/all areas needed for the right candidate)
  • DEA number
  • 2 years clinical experience as a PA/NP preferred

Compensation:
  • $115k- $125k per year, plus bonus potential (DOE)
Schedule:
  • M, T, Th, 8:00am - 5:30pm; Wed and Fri, 8:00am - 2:00pm.
