The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance defense and litigation, with a proven track record in trial preparation and handling complex cases. This role requires a proactive approach to managing cases and advocating for our clients' interests in court.Key ResponsibilitiesRepresent clients in insurance defense litigation mattersPrepare and present cases for trial, including conducting legal research and drafting motionsManage all phases of litigation from inception through trial and appealDevelop case strategies and provide legal advice to clientsNegotiate settlements and handle pre-trial mattersCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnelStay updated on legal developments and changes in insurance defense lawQualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive license to practice law in the state of CAMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance defense litigationStrong trial preparation skills and experience as a first chair attorneyFamiliarity with auto and construction defect claims is a plusExcellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
