1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Sr Director, Product Management Capital One’s operational intelligence and observability team within Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) seeks a Sr Director, Product Management to lead the product team that enables the collection and analysis of data from and about Capital One’s technology. The product leader spans software, databases, analytics, security, research, and infrastructure assets and partners with technology, risk, security, and business teams to monitor performance, identify issues, and support resilience. Responsibilities Lead the product strategy and roadmap for operational intelligence and observability tools that enable Capital One to manage its applications and cloud assets. Partner with cross‑functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver near‑term and long‑term value. Drive product execution excellence by leveraging technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions. Identify and resolve complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks. Lead cross‑functional teams and drive organizational alignment to solve customer problems and achieve outcomes. Basic Qualifications At least 9 years of experience in Product Management. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, one of the following: A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or related). A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with quantitative concentration, expected by start date. Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products.
