Descripcin General:

El propsito de esta posicin es lograr un estndar de limpieza de la manera ms eficiente para servir a los clientes/inquilinos con gran calidad. CA PM Limpiador General es responsable de cumplir consistentemente los estndares de calidad y puntualidad en la limpieza de propiedades comerciales.

Turno: 6:00PM to 2:30AM de Lunes a Viernes

Pago: $19 por hora

Calificaciones:

REQUISITOS DE EXPERIENCIA Y EDUCACIN

  • Experiencia de limpieza es un plus
  • Se valorar la capacidad de hablar ingls y espaol

Funciones Esenciales:

  • Mantener un alto nivel de excelencia
  • Vaciar los receptculos de basura
  • Vaco
  • Fregona/barrer suelos de superficie dura
  • Pisos de superficie dura de fregona hmeda
  • Unidades limpias, incluyendo, pero no limitado a salas de descanso, cocinas, lobbies
  • Limpie los puntos y manchas de las puertas de entrada
  • Polvo superficies horizontales cuando se deja desactivada
  • El desempolvar alto
  • Ventanas y persianas de polvo
  • La limpieza sala de examen y/o quirrgica en instalaciones mdicas incluyendo una limpieza biolgica ocasional
  • Notificar los problemas de mantenimiento de unidades segn el procedimiento de empresa
  • Informe alfombras daadas, sucias o manchadas, cortinas, muebles y ropa de cama
  • Informe de inventario y suministros a supervisor/Manager
  • Informe de objetos perdidos y encontrados a supervisor/Manager
  • Ayudar en el mantenimiento de armarios de almacenamiento limpios y organizados
  • Garantice un entorno de trabajo seguro en cada sitio y oficina
  • Utilizar suministros y equipos de manera eficiente y efectiva
  • Utilice el tiempo sabia y eficientemente
