Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications. Proficient in using construction management software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Solid understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
