Responsibilities Conduct market research and analysis to support land management and development projects. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs. Support the team in managing transactions from initiation to completion. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in a relevant sales position or real estate position. Keen interest in land brokerage, development, agriculture, real estate, or related fields. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactive, positive mental outlook and eager-to-learn attitude. Problem solving, critical thinking, and strong work ethic to succeed. Passion for the outdoors, agriculture, natural environment, and outdoor recreation. Land Advisor positions are classified as an Independent Contractor and are fully commission based. All expenses for Land Advisors beginning in the Associate level are paid by the company, including licensing fees, insurance, website, and marketing expenses.
