*$1500 Sign-On Bonus This position will work Part-Time Day/Night Shift, every third weekend and holiday and is eligible for benefits thirty days after employment.*

As a *Registered Nurse (RN)- Float Pool* you will be responsible for delivering individualized patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

*Minimum Education/Work Experience for a Registered Nurse (RN)*
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* CICU and/or PACU experience OR Emergency experience in conjunction with med/surg experience

*RN- Float Pool License/Certifications:*
* Current professional nurse licensure in Minnesota or if licensed in another state, a permit from the Minnesota Board of Nursing while the license application is in process.
* BLS certification
* TNCC or successful completion of trauma education that meets the requirements of the state trauma system within one year of hire.

*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Bachelor's degree in nursing
* ACLS certification
