Sr. Tax Accountant – Allworth Airline Advisors (Formerly RAA) We’re currently seeking a Staff Tax Accountant for our Pleasant Hill, CA office. Employment Details Full‑time, exempt position based out of Pleasant Hill. Pay range: $85,000–$95,000. Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with the firm’s senior partners and managers to review large volumes of individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns during tax season, preparing returns of various complexities. Assist with IRS/State tax notices and audits. Work on year‑end tax projections. Collaborate with Tax Managers, Partners, and other staff accountants. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Accounting preferred). Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and well with others. Lacerte software experience preferred. Excellent PC skills, including accounting software and Microsoft Office. Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a CPA/tax/accounting office. CPA, EA, or in the process of obtaining (preferred).
