The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing education to patients and families. Our ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about providing quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:
* Provide patient care in accordance with the nursing plan of care and physician orders.
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
* Monitor vital signs and document changes in patient's condition.
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
* Provide patient education on health promotion and disease prevention.
* Assist with rehabilitation activities as needed.
* Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, catheter insertion, and specimen collection.
