Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Position Purpose**The Capital FP&A Analyst plays a pivotal role in guiding strategic investment decisions by managing the financial planning and analysis of Solar’s global capital expenditure portfolio. This position is responsible for accurate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting of capital projects, while partnering with cross-functional teams to assess financial impacts and optimize asset utilization. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, financial insight, and a collaborative mindset to support efficient capital deployment and long-term value creation.---**Key Attributes for Success****1. Ownership & Proactive Mindset**· Operates with autonomy, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset.· Identifies risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for value creation.· Enhances processes, tools, and the delivery of actionable insights.---**Key Responsibilities**· Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for capital expenditures and depreciation.· Monitor actual capital spend versus budget and provide variance analysis.· Continuously improve and evolve capital reporting structures and tools.· Prepare and present insightful reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, risks, and recommendations.· Own and facilitate monthly Capital Committee meetings across multiple workstreams and departments, ensuring alignment and progress toward annual budgetary goals.**Top Candidates Will Have the Following**· Degree in Accounting and/or Finance preferred.· 3-5+ of accounting and financial reporting experience.· Experience in monthly variance analysis and presentation to executive level stakeholders.· Demonstrated significant skills in communicating complex data to users with varying degrees of experience to build strong partnerships with the broader business team.### ### **Summary Pay Range:**$108,834.00 - $163,252.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
