Manager, Resident Experience 1

Role Overview: Sodexo is seeking our Resident Experience Manager for Keiser University Flagship Campus located in West Palm Beach, FL. Our REM will live on campus, housing is provided for single occupancy, no pets and be responsible for conflict mediation, student conduct and programming and share responsibility for campus-wide training, leading departmental committees and will manage on-call and emergency coverage. This role creates positive, productive and safe campus events and environments so our students can focus on their academic and athletic success. Valid Driver’s License and clear driving background required. Incentives: On Campus Housing required, single occupancy, no pets, Meal Plan assistance What You'll Do: Be the leader of residential housing and resident engagement and student lifeHave experience in Facilities ManagementManage the on-campus experience for over 2000 studentsAdministrate and Facilitate the Residence Code of ConductBe experienced in counseling and providing mental health serviceAchieve a high standard of community living and engagement that facilitates positive and directed student developmentDevelop, administer, promote and assess the Residence Life ProgramDevelop significant and sustained training experiences for our Community AmbassadorsValid Driver’s License and clear driving background What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
