Head of Product

As Head of Product, you’ll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our SaaS platform while guiding execution with a lean but powerful team. This role is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives in both high-level planning and hands-on execution. You will: Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap from launch to scale Translate user needs into actionable requirements and features Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and leadership Manage vendor relationships and external development partners Build a scalable, secure, and compliant SaaS product architecture Lead the charge on analytics, KPIs, and product success metrics Grow and mentor a product team as the business scales What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in technical product management, technical program management, or software engineering with product focus (3+ in leadership) Track record of taking SaaS products from 0 to 1 through scale Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern software development practices Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, GDPR) and enterprise integrations (SSO, APIs) Excellent communication skills—able to bridge technical and executive stakeholders Strategic mindset with curiosity for emerging tech (AI/ML, automation, APIs) Why Join Us?
