Executive Director of Finance UCR Health is launching a 10‑year, multi‑phase expansion of its clinical network to address the healthcare needs of Inland Southern California while strengthening the clinical, educational, and research missions of UC Riverside and the UCR School of Medicine. In this role, the Executive Director of Finance will lead and direct accounting and financial operations in collaboration with UCR Health leadership, campus, and UCOP. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain accounting systems and controls. Collaborate with senior leaders on strategic financial planning. Represent the clinical enterprise in systemwide meetings and discussions. Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to make final organizational decisions and ensure achievement of objectives. Qualifications Current U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available). Experience in executive financial leadership within a large healthcare or academic setting. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. Employment Details Seniority Level: Executive Employment Type: Full‑time Salary: $161,500 – $326,300 annually (up to $275,000); full range depends on education, licensure, certifications, experience, and organizational needs.
