Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, 5:00 PM-2:30 AMHourly Rate: $29.34 an hour + $1.00 shift differentialYou will report to the Maintenance A Lead and the Operations Manager. The primary function of this position is to troubleshoot, remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, and test parts/components on plant and production equipment.You Will: Keep mechanical equipment in good condition and working order.Inspect machines and equipment to locate problems, replace defective parts and make sure necessary adjustments to ensure continuing production operation. You will use manuals, repair manuals, parts manuals, parts diagrams to troubleshoot plant and production equipment.You will use hand & power tools to remove, install, replace, re-build, repair, and may test parts/equipment on plant & production equipment.You will use shop equipment to fabricate new or replacement parts.You will do electrical and/or pneumatic work to production machines. Responsible for housekeeping and sanitation tasks during and at the end of shift. Maintain food safety and quality.Participate in process improvement efforts (CPS) utilizing their maintenance expertise, to assist all teams and projects.
