Discover their perfect fit – Listen to needs, wants, and dreams to recommend the right vehicle. Create a smooth buying journey – Guide customers from the first conversation to the exciting moment they drive off the lot. Negotiate & close with confidence – Achieve win-win outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction. Stay ahead of the game – Know your inventory, understand promotions, and be ready to answer any question. Hit and exceed your goals – Consistently reach monthly and yearly sales targets. Be a team player – Collaborate with colleagues to keep our showroom running at its best. What You Bring to the Table: Previous sales experience (automotive preferred, but not required for the right go-getter). Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A competitive, goal-driven attitude with a hunger to succeed. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-energy sales environment. Basic computer skills for managing leads and customer information. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to pass all pre-employment screenings.
