We seek a skilled Regional Sales Director to join our Revelyst Golf Technology platform. The ideal candidate will oversee all sales activities, develop strategic sales plans, build golf products at retail and digital partners, and drive regional revenue growth. In this role, you will lead the development, implementation, and execution of strategies for some of our Key Accounts, all outside and inside sales representatives. The Regional Sales Director will partner with all Sales management teams to lead the strategies for all Revelyst Golf categories, including the development, implementation, and execution for the US. You will work closely with senior management to ensure strategies are understood and executed in the US, and deliver annual key performance indicators, and set the team up for success. This position reports to the VP of Global Sales and Market Development and can be based in Dallas, St. Louis, Milwaukee or Minneapolis. It offers a base salary complemented by a strong commission structure. As the Regional Sales Director you will have an opportunity to: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside, Outside, and Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives by providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market share and increase revenue Aggressively research, identify, qualify, and target potential new accounts, delivering on a new account goal annually. Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management Develop plans to deliver annual net sales and contribution plans for the region Effectively manage all trade, visual merchandising, and selling expense budgets Manage overall planning process, including strategic planning, target development, customer tactics, and execution goals Manage regional sales forecast process throughout the year to measure achievement vs. AOP and implement corrective actions as needed Development of Target Regions and delivering above-plan growth in these regions You have: Strong strategic selling skills with the ability to develop long-term partnerships and deliver customized solutions to key clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development—preferably in the golf, sporting goods, or hospitality industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel within the region as needed. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to guide strategic decisions and account planning. Passion for the game of golf and commitment to staying current on industry trends. #LI-KK1 Pay Range: Annual Salary: $155,000.00 - $170,000.00 The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
