We are seeking an NYC Department of Buildings Licensed Elevator Inspector for an elevator company that services and maintains elevators throughout the five boroughs and some areas of New Jersey, Long Island and Upstate NY. This is a field job and candidates should be flexible and able to travel. Duties Able to travel throughout 5 boroughs and some parts of NJ and LI Reliable Complete elevator inspections (i.e., Category 1 and 5 tests) Identify safety/hazardous conditions with elevator and its equipment Generate thorough and clear reports of findings Review and sign off electronic report on DOBNOW Answer and clarify issues with elevators Team player Part time/Full time Requirements NYCDOB Inspector's license Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
