AtWork Medical Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long-term care contract position in Moses Lake, WA. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting with daily activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the well-being of residents in a long-term care facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for a fulfilling and stable contract role within a supportive and professional environment. There are 1 day shift and two evening shifts positions available and both are guaranteed 40 hour weeks.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs)
* Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Ensure the safety and comfort of residents by adhering to established nursing standards and protocols
* Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the healthcare team
* Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies
* Provide emotional support and patient education to residents and their families
* Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

*Qualifications:*
* Valid and current Washington State LPN license
* CPR/BLS certification (required)
* Previous experience in a long-term care or similar healthcare setting preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
* Must be reliable, flexible, and have a strong work ethic
