Responsibilities Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room)Qualifications Custodial experience is preferred but not requiredPassing a drug test and background check will be requiredMust be willing to drive PIV ( forklift, ride on scrubber etc.)Must be authorized to work in the USSpeak and Write EnglishMust pass Wells Fargo & SBM Background checks, along with Pre employment Drug screening & E-Verify.Compensation: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour Shift: Wednesday-Saturday 6:00am- 4:30pm Sunday-Wednesday 6:00pm-4:30am SBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
