Position Highlights:
* Join an established and successful practice that has served women in the Winston-Salem area and the surrounding areas for over 50 years
* Practice has 13 physicians and 9 advanced practice providers
* 4 practice locations in Winston-Salem, Kernersville, King, and Mount Airy
* Full time position for someone who wants to work about 32-40 hours per week
* This is a clinic only position and does not require any hospital, call, nights, or weekends
* Nurse practitioner will work with patients along with the physicians and will assist with the management of the office when the physicians are out for deliveries, surgeries or vacation
* Duties include seeing patients, completing charting, calling back patients with labs, answering patient phone calls, patient education, sending prescriptions electronically or by phone, and administering medication
* Will assist physician with scheduling patient appointments and surgical procedures at Novant Medical Center Hospital and Wake Forest Baptist Hospital
* 2 years of women's health nurse practitioner experience required

Requirements:
* National Nurse Practitioner certification or ability to obtain
* Unrestricted, active licensure in the State or ability to obtain

* Ability to communicate with patients, team members and management staff
* Ability to make care decisions based on the best medical practices without direct supervision or guidance by a physician
* Two years of full-time experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required
