Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the GM ensures that community priorities are aligned with Foundation operations and that Pelican Bay continues to evolve as a premier residential community.The GM provides direct supervision to the Deputy General Manager – Administration & Governance, the Deputy General Manager – Community & Member Experience, the Director of HR & Organizational Development (if retained), and the Director of Communications & Marketing.This is a hands-on, visible role that requires a leader equally skilled in strategic planning, governance, financial oversight, organizational development, operations and community & local government engagement.
