Location: Hybrid; Onsite 3x a week in Columbus, OH

Pay: $40-$48/hour depending on experience


Job Description:

  • Looking for a self-driven individual contributor, who will be responsible for executing print and digital layouts and revisions as assigned for internal marketing campaigns for in-house creative team
  • Must be able to consistently meet project deadlines and maintain a high level of work while managing multiple projects across multiple platforms
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment


Qualifications include:

  • 4-7+ years of experience at an in house creative department or design agency
  • Strong creative, conceptual, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills
  • Adaptable and quick learner
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator must have) (After Effects/Premiere is a plus)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (emphasis on Word and PowerPoint)
  • Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, a broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team as well as work individually
  • Expert knowledge in graphic & pre-production process
  • Ability to work with vendors and partners around all project specifications including budgets, quantities and version control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment with shifting priorities
  • Must demonstrate sophisticated aesthetic, technical skill, and knowledge of current design and UX trends
  • Strong understanding of design principles including composition, color, and hierarchy of messaging, emphasizing the use of typography and photography in layout
  • Adaptable, quick learner that seeks feedback and responds effectively and appropriately to creative feedback and provides solutions to keep the projects moving
  • Outstanding attitude and ability to respond effectively and appropriately to creative feedback
