Position Overview:

The Director Portfolio Execution is responsible for facilitating the execution of Plan of Record Portfolios. Ensures alignment with the multi-segment business model.

How you will make an impact:

  1. Monitors projects to ensure deliverables are met.
  2. Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
  3. Oversees budget and forecast.
  4. Provides leadership on external advocacy efforts.
  5. Provides strategic direction and refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives.
  6. Manages requirements, strategic projects, reports, analysis, and deadlines.
  7. Oversees steering and advisory committees in creating executive documents.
  8. Creates internal and external communication strategy, including responses to inquiries and requests for information from external parties.
  9. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
  10. Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience:

  1. PMP certification.
  2. PMO experience.
  3. Experience in leading a team of project managers.
  4. Health insurance industry experience.
  5. Ability to lead and facilitate end-to-end execution activities across IT and business/operational partners.
  6. Polished in communications, able to create internal executive reporting and client-facing content as needed.
  7. Challenges technology, processes, operating models that do not align with end-to-end coordination.
  8. Provides direct proactive leadership to a broad matrix team.

Salary Information:

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $142,884 to $244,944.

Locations: California; Colorado; District of Columbia (Washington, DC); Nevada; New York; Washington State.
