Coverage for USCIS & DOT certifications and allowances for CME, licensing, and membership fees. Qualifications Active Oregon MD/DO License. Board Certified. BLS Certified. ACLS certification (preferred). 4+ years experience (preferred). Willingness to obtain CME for Civil Surgeon (USCIS) and DOT physicals. Schedules Highly flexible schedules customized to ensure work/life balance. Clinic hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturday - Sunday 9am - 6pm.
