Senior Financial Analyst Apply for the Senior Financial Analyst role at GrafTech International Ltd. The position is located in Brooklyn Heights, OH. The role will participate in SEC reporting, month‑end close processes, audit coordination, and process improvements. The ideal candidate understands financial statements, internal controls, and public company reporting requirements. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of the 10‑Q, 10‑K, 8‑K, and other SEC filings, ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of XBRL tagging for financial filings. Monitor and implement new accounting standards (ASC updates, SEC rules, and FASB guidance). Participate in the month‑end financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial analysis. Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements. Support variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance. Act as a key liaison for external auditors, coordinating audit requests and documentation. Assist with quarterly and annual audit processes. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 3+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 or public accounting experience a plus). Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, SOX compliance, and financial reporting requirements. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Workiva, Longview consolidation software and/or JDE ERP.
