Essential functions and responsibilities: Prepare and assemble menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Coordinate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth operation and efficient workflow during peak hours. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
