Job Description - CNHF Data Analyst II (250002XX) Responsibilities • Analyzes, conforms, profiles and maps data and provides quality assurance oversight on business processes where data is collected, stored, transformed, or used. • Examines complex data to optimize the efficiency and quality of data, resolves complex data quality problems, and collaborates with business and ETL/database developers to improve systems and database design. • Supports systems integrations with Salesforce CRM, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI initiatives. • Engages in list pulls, data updates and entry, ETL/imports, data quality assessment, and manages tactical projects in Asana. • Provides impactful integration and automation initiatives to streamline operations and enhance Foundation data systems. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) – REQUIRED. Minimum Work Experience 4 years with deep functional knowledge or equivalent experience reflecting the level of the position – REQUIRED. Required Skills & Knowledge Experience with Big Data and Data Processing Experience with Data Manipulation and Data Mining Programming: C#, Java, Python, SQL (including script development) Agile Software Development experience Optional: Healthcare field experience, healthcare data policies, Microsoft Azure & Fabric certifications Functional Accountabilities Interprets and analyzes data from multiple sources and identifies business impact of trends. Develops, executes, maintains, and troubleshoots moderately complex scripts and reports. Identifies root‑cause of data irregularities and presents findings to leadership. Manages multiple complex tasks with limited supervision in a demanding environment. Provides business solution architecture and implementation validation. Engages in data profiling and source‑to‑target mapping. Supports moderate data integration from disparate sources. Applies quantitative analysis and data mining expertise to deliver actionable insights. Communicates findings and insights to non‑technical partner stakeholders. Performs other duties as assigned and complies with all policies and standards. Required Attributes Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty.
