We are a well‑established, privately owned group with seven locations, currently seeking a skilled and growth‑oriented General Dentist for our Tamarac office. The role provides independent clinical decision‑making, access to in‑house specialists, and direct communication with a full‑service on‑site digital lab. Opportunity Highlights Full on‑site dental laboratory in Tamarac, including digital designers, master ceramists, experienced lab manager, and 3D printing & CAD/CAM milling technology. You choose which cases you treat – no required referrals. Specialists available throughout the group for collaboration when desired. Centralized marketing generates strong new patient flow. Part‑time role with the ability to grow into full‑time. Structured pathway to partnership/ownership. What We’re Looking For Confident with broad‑scope general dentistry. Proficient in implant placement (or actively advancing skills) – CBCT available on site. Strong diagnostic and treatment‑planning capability. Personable, motivated, and patient‑centered. Interested in long‑term career growth. Compensation & Career Track $200,000 – $300,000 tiered percentage‑based compensation that rewards production. Established patient base with high case acceptance. Excellent earning potential supported by lab and specialist workflows. Clear, transparent partnership pathway.
