Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30AM-4PM
Pay Scale: $30-$36 Hourly (dependent upon experience)

Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction by:

  • Managing inventory, including replenishments, local stock, and new product introductions
  • Collaborating with the local sales team on customer purchase order (PO) collection and solutions
  • Managing key accounts and maintaining strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Handling the check-in and put-away process for orthopedic products, including scanning, inventory transfers, and ordering replacement parts
  • Coordinating with freight forwarders, receiving parties, and internal clients
  • Partnering with Accounts Receivable to address pricing issues and process invoicing
  • Labeling warehouse stock for quick identification and retrieval
  • Training and adhering to standard operational and quality procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
  • Performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and assisting with regulatory inspections
  • Leading projects and initiatives as needed
  • Participating in safety and quality audits
  • Being available for on-call duties on a rotating basis
  • Remaining flexible to adjust to changing priorities or tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 years of experience required
Experience & Skills:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in distribution, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or customer service
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative, assertiveness, and creativity in solving problems
Preferred:
  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Experience in inventory management
  • Proficiency in specialized software and customized programs
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Additional Requirements:
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday on-site
  • Flexibility to accommodate shift changes or early/late start times based on operational needs
  • Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment as required
