Job Overview We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Director, Thought Leader Liaison – Urology (Prostate Cancer). This field-based leadership role will focus on expanding ORGOVYX’s presence within academic and community urology practices, engaging urologists involved in prostate cancer care, and capturing emerging insights from urology experts to inform the brand’s ongoing strategy. Job Duties and Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive Urology KOL engagement plan focused on prostate cancer management and ORGOVYX use. Partner with Brand Marketing Team to support cross-team initiatives (e.g., budgeting and business planning). Collaborate with the Thought Leader Liaison – Oncology counterpart and field teams to ensure coordinated engagement. Expand ORGOVYX’s presence and network within urology centers, large urology groups (LUGPA), and leading academic institutions. Build and strengthen relationships with key urology opinion leaders shaping the prostate cancer treatment paradigm. Lead ORGOVYX presence and engagement at major urology congresses (AUA, regional AUA sections, SUO) and relevant regional/state society meetings—setting objectives and capturing actionable insights. Design and execute innovative engagement formats outside of congresses (e.g., advisory boards, webinars, digital programs). Capture and analyze urology-specific insights (treatment patterns, referral dynamics, therapy sequencing) using KIQ/KIT frameworks to guide brand strategy. Oversee speaker contracting and execution of prostate cancer-focused KOL engagement, ensuring compliance requirements and alignment with overall brand strategy. Ensure all materials created for KOL engagement are compliant from a legal, medical and regulatory perspective through the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) process. Provide timely written summaries of urology engagements with actionable insights to support ORGOVYX. Serve as a strategic thought partner to internal leadership on evolving urology care dynamics and prostate cancer management trends. Key Core Competencies Strategic acumen and ability to synthesize urology-specific insights into business impact. Advanced project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. High standards of compliance, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. High degree of organizational awareness, with ability to connect the dots to understand all interdependencies and see the big picture. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare strongly preferred. Minimum 10–15 years (without Master’s) or 8–12 years (with Master’s) of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with urology or oncology experience strongly preferred. Established knowledge of prostate cancer treatment and evolving standards of care. Demonstrated success engaging KOLs at both academic and community levels. Willingness to travel extensively (50–70%). Compensation The base salary range for this role is $190,800 to $238,500. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time‑off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut‑down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
