Are you ready to lead production operations in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment? Our client is seeking a 1st shift Production Supervisor to oversee their South Jersey manufacturing plant. Your skills will help drive innovation and ensure their products meet the highest standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and train shift leaders and machine operators to ensure effective operations and the highest safety standards.Manage production schedules to optimize runtime while minimizing downtime.Oversee raw material orders, checking for quality and tracking inventory to keep operations smooth.Maintain comprehensive performance logs and monitor machinery efficiency, troubleshooting as needed.Uphold commitment to high‑quality output, meeting production goals with a strong sense of accountability.Engage in regular coordination and communication with supervisors regarding production progress and any issues.Promote process improvements while adhering to established procedures.Coordinate private label artwork and manage European transfer schedules.Facilitate bi‑monthly shift leader meetings with well‑prepared agendas.QualificationsMust have 2 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment.Proficient in computer operations, especially control station management.Detail‑oriented with a strong mechanical aptitude.Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Advanced experience in Excel and Adobe Illustrator.Solid foundation in advanced math, particularly trigonometry and metric manipulation.Familiarity with algorithmic formulas and variable usage.Our client places a corporate wide emphasis on work quality, attendance, initiative, and exemplary communication and listening skills to ensure an effective and collaborative work environment.Email your resume to km@libertyjobs.comLiberty Personnel Services484-567-2086 #J-18808-Ljbffr
