Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Lpn/lvn in Morganton, North Carolina for a contract assignment at a partnering supported living center. With our national support structures, you can trust that Supplemental Health Care will be there when you need us. Whether it's local assignments close to home or options across the state or country, Supplemental Health Care can help find the contract that works best for you.

Lpn/lvn Contract Details:
- $1,240 - $1,356 per week*
- 16-week contract with possibility of extension
- SNF
- Supported living center
- PM shift available
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Lpn/lvn services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- North Carolina Lpn/lvn License
- AHA BLS
- 1 year of experience as a Lpn/lvn
- SNF experience preferred
