Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring customers receive the highest quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Representatives and Stock Associates, maintains effective store operations, and drives performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales goals. What You’ll Do Open and Close routines Maintain product knowledge & brand awareness Demonstrate strong business understanding Apply proactive thinking and attention to detail Operate Register/Point of Sales systems Implement asset protection measures Create and maintain visual displays Showcase system skills Adapt to work schedule requirements Work Schedule Requirements Schedule varies weekly; expect at least 12‑16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. Hours may increase during peak periods to support business needs.
