How You’ll Add Value As a member of the Azenta Finance team, you’ll collaborate with a global group of professionals to produce accurate, timely monthly reporting. You’ll also support annual audits, quarterly reviews, internal controls, and compliance initiatives, contributing to data integrity and decision‑making quality. What You’ll Do Collaborate with the Global Finance Team to prepare and deliver accurate financial results and insightful analysis, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations, and enhance documentation to align with SOX 404 and external audit expectations. Participate in annual audits and quarterly reviews by managing timelines, deliverables, and opportunities for efficiency improvements through technology or process changes. Standardize and streamline recurring processes and data collection activities, establishing best practices to improve efficiency and optimize technology usage. Assist in the setup and maintenance of processes, procedures, and controls that capture, track, and report financial results in accordance with Sarbanes‑Oxley, U.S. GAAP, and company policies. Support cross‑functional projects, ranging from task execution to project management activities. Provide support for footnotes disclosure related to general ledger accounts for financial reporting purposes. What You Will Bring Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 3+ years of professional work experience (public accounting preferred). Experience in finance, preferably within a life sciences or manufacturing company or public accounting. Ability to understand, review, and explain financial results and business drivers. Creative problem‑solving and presentation skills. CPA or CA designation preferred. Commitment to continuous improvement and driving high‑performance finance operations. Detail‑oriented individual who can meet deadlines independently or as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication at all organizational levels. Capacity to work under pressure with multiple deadlines. A sense of urgency and self‑motivation, with a personal commitment to meet deadlines. Preferred Public company experience. Oracle Cloud or NetSuite experience; OneStream experience is a plus. Technical working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and SEC accounting/reporting rules. The posted pay range is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure; final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on experience, education, qualifications, performance, and geographic location.
