Overview We are looking for an Application Developer/Programmer in Charlotte who will design, code, test, and support software applications. The role requires collaboration with teams to set specifications, write code, conduct testing, and troubleshoot applications. Compensation includes a competitive base salary and full benefits. Responsibilities Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology. Analyze, define, and document requirements for new features or modifications in collaboration with the project champion and/or impacted user group. Write and maintain documentation to describe application intent, logic, testing, changes, and corrections. Evaluate application performance and address issues appropriately. Document issues and resolutions for future reference. Provide project status updates to the development team and stakeholders. Participate in code review. Provide application support to end users and colleagues as needed. Learn new coding languages and technologies as needed. Assist in the establishment and implementation of short and long‑range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Maintain confidentiality regarding the information being processed, stored, or accessed. Produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Provide best‑in‑class end‑user support and experience. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science and/or one to three years of experience in the field. Proficiency in Angular, HTML/CSS, C#, and SQL. Demonstrable knowledge of PHP, Power BI, Azure and/or AWS cloud preferred. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
