Primary Responsibilities Thrive in a dynamic environment with a diverse psychiatric patient population. Excellent communication proficiency. Employ a wide range of diagnostic and recovery-oriented methodologies. Demonstrate expertise in psychiatric medications and adhere to best practices. Collaborate effectively within a cohesive team structure. Understand and adhere to reimbursement and productivity standards, with the ability to hold others accountable. Provide medical leadership and oversight at clinical sites assigned by the Medical Director, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements according to OMH regulations and agency policies. Qualifications MD License and Board Certification Supervisory experience Minimum of 4 years of post-residency experience in psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, preferably in an outpatient setting. Experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior clinicians, and contributing to program development. Ability to build rapport with patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and effectively manage complex cases.
