Diesel Maintenance Lead Technician : 2ndshift: Mon - Fri, 12:00pm - 8:30pm
The Diesel Lead Technician will assist in the leadership of the maintenance. He/She will be hands on Lead while also encouraging and enforcing all company safety procedures. The Lead is also responsible for repairing and maintaining all medium to heavy duty customer vehicles and equipment (class 8 semis, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) which includes routinely performing preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance to ensure efficient vehicle operations. The Leadwill perform job duties independently, with little to no supervision and must be equipped with personal toolbox. The LeadTechnician will also be responsible for mentoring other Diesel Maintenance Technicians as needed.
