Responsibilities Design and implement an AI-driven conversational customer service agent for e-commerce inquiries, complaints, refunds, dispute resolutions, and logistical issues. Apply LLM post-training techniques such as instruction tuning, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and continual learning to optimize responses with minimal labeled data. Build specialized datasets for challenging customer service interactions (policy clarifications, dispute handling, multi-turn complaints) to enhance AI training. Develop multilingual customer support models handling diverse languages and cultural contexts with accurate translation. Implement model compression, quantization, and efficient inference for low‑latency, high‑reliability deployment at scale. Define and apply quality evaluation metrics, perform A/B testing, and iteratively improve conversational AI performance. Build AI-powered seller assistance tools to help merchants manage store operations and resolve disputes efficiently. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 3+ years in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision; proficiency in C++, Python, Go, or Java. Preferred: Experience in fine‑tuning, distillation, or RLHF for large language models; multilingual NLP, machine translation; e-commerce business acumen; advanced NLP techniques; distributed model training; edge AI deployment.
