Please note this is an onsite position at the client’s Chicago office.


As a Trading Applications Support Analyst, you will provide:

  • Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution: Diagnose and resolve time sensitive technical issues related to trade execution, connectivity, and system functionality.
  • User Support: Provide direct support to traders and front-office personnel, addressing real-time trading system issues or inquiries.
  • System Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor trading systems for performance issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with Developers & Vendors: Work with development teams and external vendors to escalate complex issues, perform system upgrades, and enhance functionality.


Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience supporting front office operations.
  • Knowledge of futures, options, and derivatives.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Python.
  • Expertise with version control (Git, CI/CD).
  • Strong knowledge of trading platforms and OMS/EMS (Order Management Systems/Execution Management Systems).
  • Strong understanding and practical application of the FIX protocol.
  • Troubleshooting and incident management expertise.
  • This is an onsite position working at the client’s Chicago office.
