  • Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice
  • Monday-Friday, typically 8:30a-5:30p
  • No Weekends
  • Call: approximately 1:12
  • 50% admin / 50% clinical
  • Typically will see 14-18 ppd
  • Will be overseeing approx. 14 providers (physicians & app's)
  • Willing to consider limited management experience - Great opportunity for growth
  • Starting ASAP and seeking candidate who can work at least 90 days
  • Must have active CT license and DEA
