Overview Join Lathrop GPM LLP as a Litigation Associate in our Minneapolis office. We are looking for a recent law graduate or early-career attorney with 3‑4 years of general litigation experience who is eager to contribute to a growing Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice group. Responsibilities Assist with litigation research, drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and case management. Participate in depositions, pre-trial preparation, and trial support in state and federal courts. Collaborate with partners and associates on strategy, client communication, and business development efforts. Qualifications Active Minnesota law license and good standing in the state bar. 3‑4 years of general litigation experience, ideally with deposition and court appearance experience. Strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and excellent client service skills. Outstanding interpersonal and problem‑solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. Benefits A competitive base salary in the range $210,000 – $220,000, plus a comprehensive benefits plan that includes health care, retirement, parental leave, disability, and short‑/long‑term disability.
