We are seeking dedicated professionals to provide care and support for children, particularly those in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS). We are hiring in and around Oxford, MS, with flexible day and night shifts to accommodate your schedule (12 hours). We are committed to providing the resources and support you need to deliver exceptional care to the children who need it most.

Your Role

As a vital member of our team, you will provide compassionate and dependable care to children facing difficult circumstances. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, offering companionship and emotional support, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where children can thrive. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide stability and care during critical moments in their lives.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, along with a state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification if applicable. A current CPR certification is required, along with strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. We are looking for individuals with a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and basic computer skills.
