We are looking to hire a BCBA to work part or full time, remotely & in-home and community for our children's autism program.

Will be performing functional behavior assessments, developing initial authorization reports and six-month reauthorization reports for Medicaid funded clients, and supervising a small team of RBT's through a hybrid modality of in-person and virtual supervision. Freedom to create your own flexible schedule, working 20-40+ hours/week with children, families and adults, however after school and evening time is a requirement.

Ability to do a combination of in-person and remote supervision over RBTs.

Need own reliable transportation. Must be self-directed, ambitious, outcome driven, consistent, reliable, compassionate, dedicated, loyal, knowledgeable and sincerely committed to improving the lives of others. Strong leadership skills are essential and effective time management skills are required.

Must pass a background check and provide strong references.

Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
Must hold a BCBA certification.
Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care.
Experience with patient assessment and behavioral health.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong leadership skills and effective time management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
