Director Product Stewardship, Regulatory, Sustainability POLYVANTIS Technology & Innovation (T&I) is looking for a full-time Director of Product Stewardship (PST), Regulatory, Sustainability (ESG) to oversee global business continuity operations. Job Summary Responsibilities include ensuring product compliance with regulatory requirements, acting as the primary regulatory advisor, securing protection against environmental and consumer health complaints, and driving ESG principles across products. What You Will Do Lead and manage a global team of Product Stewardship and Regulatory employees. Act as a strategic partner to support business growth and participate in key planning processes with senior leadership. Align with business and outsourced partners to facilitate operational and tactical needs efficiently. Drive continuous improvement of PST operations through resource reallocation, revised practices, and tools. Proactively monitor emerging trends, represent POLYVANTIS on industry trade groups and advocacy. Establish a strong internal network with key functions across the organization. What We Are Seeking Technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in Product Stewardship. Experience in the petrochemical or chemical industry, including regulatory affairs/product safety. Strong monitoring of regulatory developments and industry trends. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and fluency in English. Proven leadership and organizational skills.
