Position Information:
The Nursing Administrative Specialist reports to the Director Magnet Program and provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise and helps develop vision strategies and tactical plans for identified systems issues. In collaboration with Nurse Executive Leaders the Nursing Administrative Specialist:  Assesses the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice.  Facilitates development evaluation and maintenance of nursing practice standards and integrates policies and procedures with regulations and clinical guidelines.  Implements an effective ongoing program to measure assess and improve the quality of nursing care delivered to patients and evaluates the program's progress to the attainment of successful outcomes.

Experience Requirements:
3 Years Nursing - Related Area In Healthcare - Acute Care Required

Education Required:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required - And Master's Degree Nursing Preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse Required

Hours of Work:
Days 9-5pm

Weekend Requirements:
No Weekends

Call Requirements:
