Office Manager for U.S. Pacific Inc - Concrete Place & Finish - General Contractor Company Description U.S. Pacific Inc. (USPI) has been a prominent name in the construction industry since its origination in Hawaii in 1989, undertaking union and open‑shop construction projects. Over time, it has evolved, engaging in concrete restoration, concrete place and finish subcontracting, and serving as a general contractor for Hawaii‑based and mainland projects. Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Senior Construction Estimator, located in Honolulu, HI. The Senior Construction Estimator will develop project cost estimates, conduct quantity take‑offs, prepare budgets, and monitor cost data. The role involves close collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accuracy and success in construction project planning and execution. The position also requires effective communication to present project details and estimates to stakeholders. Qualifications Proven expertise in Construction Estimating and Quantity Take‑offs Strong proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and comprehensive estimates Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools Experience in the Hawaii construction market is a plus Relevant certification or a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Has 5+ years of experience in Hawaiian market Valid Hawaii Contractor's license Experience using Autodesk, SAGE, RSMeans, and Building Connected is a plus Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at U.S. Pacific Inc. by 2x.
