Physician/Practice Liaison, Marketing
The Physician/Practice Liaison is responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating marketing objectives to promote the facility, help promote growth and maximize patient referrals. Responsibilities include strong focus on referral marketing to physicians, as well as strategic marketing efforts. This position has a competitive salary plus bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop Optima Diagnostic Imaging’s referral base through effective relationship building with targeted group specialty practices, primarily in Beverly Hills and LA County
- Conduct physician office visits to existing and potential referrers.
- Coordinate and implement various sales and marketing ideas and programs in conjunction with marketing team's strategies, goals and objectives.
- Perform analysis including referral patterns and visit trends on a continual basis and provide regular market updates to Senior Management.
- Coordinate with and include the Center's physicians and staff with office visits.
- Meet with physicians on an ongoing basis to discuss referral patterns and progress, and to further increase referral sources.
- Coordinate mailings, events, promotions and marketing programs.
- Strong focus on the medical oncology, imaging and radiation oncology business, and the modalities, capabilities and clinical benefits to patients as well as to referring physician specialties.
Qualifications:
- Ability to grasp a thorough understanding of the local market, its referring specialists, key decision makers and specialty referral patterns for the medical oncology, radiation oncology and imaging market.
- Ability to identify key physicians and practices to target.
- Capable of creatively developing tactical planning strategy for referral marketing and strategic marketing for the Center to gain maximum results and patient referrals.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Friendly demeanor with a dedicated customer service focus.
- Positive, professional and caring attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with others and to be flexible.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 1+ year of medical practice marketing, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Imaging is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel within a 25 mile radius.
