Hours: Monday through Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-2 Position Overview: This position is ideal for someone with a passion for outstanding customer service, a willingness to learn, and interest in starting a career in the dental field. The patient service representative will be a support person to all staff and patients in the office. Responsibilities include answering phones, handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the completion of patient treatment plans through acceptable financial arrangements, while being flexible in handling requests and projects assigned by other staff and/or the Office Manager.
