We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join the finance team within our multichannel fashion eyewear business. This role will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in financial modeling, and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Provide support to CEO on business initiatives.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to track performance.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering and analyzing data.
  • Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance to forecasts, budgets, and historical results.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to analyze costs, pricing, and profitability.
  • Assist in cash flow analysis and working capital management.
  • Provide support for financial audits and compliance reporting.
  • Help develop and improve financial models and dashboards for better decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles (internships included).
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial software (Oracle, Netsuite, or similar) and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and/or retail business experience would be beneficial, but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.
